Assembled team and project managed the delivery of an outline scheme for 67 residential units on a greenfield site outside settlement boundary. Acted as expert witness at Public Inquiry and provided detailed evidence on interpretation of NPPF housing policies and on the Council’s 5 year housing land supply position. Appeal allowed and secured reduction in S106 obligations.
